I read a lot of Google reviews of flower shops in this area before choosing this store, and I'm so grateful I found Bloomsters. We ended up having a technical issue on my order (where I had been given mixed-up info to input into the order), and they were so accommodating and understanding on my mistake. I feel like they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I spoke to at least 3-4 different people, from the delivery driver Aaron, to Laura at the store who cancelled my first order, to Jenny who took my message, to Jasmine who placed my corrected order over the phone instead of online---they were very patient and thorough and easy to get ahold of. So grateful for the grace and expertise throughout the whole process. I would definitely order through them again and recommend them to anyone who is order from out of state like I am!! EXCELLENT service!
